In order to better aid you on your journey to physical well-being, we’ve begun to run fitness classes on a regular basis. All of these classes are for ALL LEVELS, so don’t be afraid they will be too hard or too easy. A six month contract is only $45/mo, so get in now and make your fitness goals happen!

We’re looking at adding more ZUMBA! on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as TRX and KETTLE BELL. If you have any suggestions on classes, talk to Debbie!
